At Safe, your privacy is our priority. We follow strict government guidelines to ensure that your information is kept completely confidential, with very limited, specific exceptions. You can trust that your journey with us will be upheld with the greatest degree of sensitivity. Confidentiality has been and remains the bedrock of patient-employee relationships at Safe.

Treatment length varies depending on your needs, goals, and the plan developed jointly by you and a therapist create together. On average, however, treatment lasts 9-12 months.

Treatment costs vary widely depending on your insurance policy and coverage limits. Safe works with most insurance plans and will verify your coverage during a quick phone screening before treatment begins. If insurance isn’t an option, we’ll help determine a self-pay rate that fits your situation. No one is turned away for financial reasons—your healing is what matters most.

Finding the right care is so important. Through our assessment process, we’ll gain a strong understanding of your needs while you learn about our program. If it turns out Safe isn’t the best fit, we’ll work closely with you to connect you with the right resources and support.

Absolutely! Once you've completed treatment, you're always welcome to return to Safe for additional services if needed. As an alumnus, you can also give back by becoming a mentor, sharing your story as a speaker at events, or participating in other community activities. We’re a close-knit community and encourage alumni to stay connected in whatever way feels right.
